Standard Processing
All products are shipped from Wisconsin. The standard processing time for shipping and handling of fine art prints is usually between 1-2 weeks, but this is subject to change as the website grows. I handle all packaging personally in the time I am not working at my other job. I will do my best to be communicative about your order, thank you for your patience as I get used to the process!

Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, I am able to provide refunds after receiving photographic evidence of the damage. I handle all packaging personally. In some cases I may be able to change items in an order, remove items, or add additional items to the order once it’s been placed. I am only able to do this if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped out yet.
Privacy & Safety

This website utilizes third party banking to verify identity and payment of the customer, aka I will not be requesting or saving that information from you for my personal use. The only situation in which I may reach out regarding payment information is in the case of a refund or cancellation to confirm.

My personal privacy and safety is also important to me! This is not my only job and therefore it may not always take precedent on a day to day basis. If at any point I feel harassed via messaging regarding orders, I reserve the right to cancel without refund.
